Equal pay: top marks for the e3

by Mar 17, 2022Uncategorized

Equal pay analysis passed with flying colors

Now it's in black and white: e3 is also top in terms of gender-independent pay! This is confirmed by the equal pay analysis conducted by the Federal Office for Gender Equality (FOGE). The e3 achieved an overall score of 1.5, which shows that there is no gender pay imbalance. The lower the score, the more balanced the wages between women and men (whereby a score of 1 can be seen as absolute balance, while a score higher than 11 represents a very high risk of wage inequality).

While we're on the subject of figures: At 22 percent, our proportion of women is above the industry average (15%), and a 30 percent share of women in management positions doesn't happen every day in IT either (the average here is around 20%).

The result of the audit makes us happy and proud. We will stay on the ball and continue our commitment to diversity, equal opportunities and equal rights at e3.
