Working at e3
We Have a Lot to Offer
The Company with many Faces.
As an SME, e3 attaches particular importance to a healthy corporate culture. A collegial relationship with each other and a good working relationship are important to us. But the e3 offers its employees much more. See for yourself.
We offer a lot.

After Work Beer
After Work Beer
We maintain a friendly relationship with each other. This includes a cosy, casual evening beer from time to time.
And there is not only beer: every location of the e3 has (at least) a well-stocked refrigerator with snacks and drinks. Everyone is allowed to use it. In the morning, most of us need a coffee or a tea first. The e3 also ensures this.
Occasionally, one of us cooks at noon for all those who want to eat. But of course all this is voluntary and informal – even for those who venture to the stove.
The employees of e3 are often with their customers. This means that mobility is part of the job.
the e3 relies on public transport. A fixed wage component for all employees is therefore a GA. The equivalent of a GA is paid out to each employees on a monthly basis, so that car lovers are not neglected.
The workplace is available to each employee.
It has enough jobs for everyone, even if most of the places are not fixed. Many e3’ler work on site at the customer’s premises and thus maintain close customer contact. However, those who can and want to work in our centrally located offices are of course welcome.
Of course, Home Office is also a busy option. Our state-of-the-art infrastructure makes it possible for all employees to access the data they need from anywhere.
Traditional Christmas dinner has a permanent place on the e3 agenda.
Every year, the VR together with the GL invites all employees to a delicious Christmas dinner. The dearest of the employees are also allowed to feast.
When sitting together, we review the year again and philosophize about all kinds of experiences. Until often well after midnight, a year is celebrated in Zurich or a year in Bern.
You simply don’t have time to deal with infrastructure problems if you want to make complex projects successful.
the e3 supports its employees wherever possible. For example, good accessibility during office hours is important to us: the e3 pays the monthly mobile phone charges.
And not only that: every three years, employees are entitled to a new smartphone. The e3 will pay for the new gadget!
After major challenges in the projects, the employees of e3 have earned their holidays.
In addition to applicable labour law, our employees receive up to six weeks of paid leave. This depends on the age and seniority of an employees. For us, modern employment appointments belong to a modern company such as the e3.
In order to be able to overcome major challenges in the projects, the infrastructure must be top.
Of course, this also applies to the Home Office. For this reason, e3 pays the monthly Internet charges for each person’s private Internet connection.
There is still a debate in politics, and we already have it: fresh-faced fathers get two weeks of paternity leave at the e3. However, this only applies to the first eight children.
We believe that a father benefits greatly from the experience of caring for his newborn. the e3 supports the newly grown families in their first steps with paid paternity leave.
“Benefiting from mutual know-how” is the credo of the quarterly know-how circle. Two employees organize a workshop on a topic of their choice. The other employees have to solve tasks in this workshop, can deepen their knowledge and exchange opinions.
It goes without saying that after the workshop, the joint aperitif and exchange of ideas must not be neglected.
When selecting new employees, the e3 attaches great importance to the fact that the candidate not only brings the right know-how, but also that he fits into the well-rehearsed e3 team.
Interpersonal problems can occur, especially in the stressful IT business. Thanks to the friendly interaction with each other, however, we always manage to resolve differences of opinion quickly.
e3 counts numerous major customers and SMEs at home and abroad. Employees so often move in large-scale international projects.
But the e3 team itself is also internationally positioned. The e3 has around 60 employees from twelve different nations.
The employees and their know-how are the most important asset of e3. For this reason, e3 supports employees in technical training.
The e3 also likes to support longer-lasting post-piplom studies, whether financially or through part-time work.
Monthlys and Team Meetings
The management of e3 attaches great importance to transparent communication.
Every second Wednesday of the month, therefore, the Monthly takes place. At this meeting, the members of the Executive Board inform all employees about the current events in their areas.
In addition, smaller team meetings are held (usually weekly) to promote mutual exchange.
Team events take place regularly in order to promote the spirit within the teams and to get to know each other even better. A dinner together, a table football tournament, discovering virtual reality… There is always something for everyone. The team leaders always come up with something new.
The employees of e3 are highly qualified specialists in their fields. Customers expect them to have an extremely high level of expertise combined with social skills.
The e3 projects work with the latest technologies and on the basis of the latest trends.
If you manage challenging projects, you have to take a break. For this reason, the e3 invites its employees and their families on a summer trip every year.
Each year, a member of the executive organises the multi-day trip to a location with a connection to the organizer.
The employees of the e3 love the challenge. They face new tasks every day in complex and exciting projects and do not shy away from new ones.
Being able to cope with high demands is the daily bread of the e3 employees.
