What you can expect

In this versatile role, you will play a key role in managing our customer business in the area of public tenders (WTO, MiniTender, framework agreements) - from the analysis and evaluation of new submissions to the preparation and quality assurance of tender documents, the ongoing optimization of our processes and the support of new and existing customers. You will take responsibility for the entire life cycle of our submissions and bring structure, energy and creativity to the collaboration with clients, partners and internal teams.

Tasks

• Review and evaluation of public tenders (framework agreements / MiniTenders / RfI / RfP)
• Preparation and coordination of offer and submission documents
• Ensuring the quality, deadlines and formal correctness of all submissions
• Maintenance and further development of our offer and reference database (wiki, project profiles, mini-tender overview)
• Coordination of framework agreements including deadline monitoring, preparation and documentation
• Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of project references and customer stories for website and marketing
• Ongoing optimization of our quotation processes (templates, QA, automation, automation)
• Support with administrative activities in accounting and quotations (filing, reporting, updating overviews)
• Close cooperation with the consultants for the preparation of project references and other offer documents
  Preparation and dispatch of submissions (electronic and physical)
• Networking with partners, maintaining and expanding customer relationships
• Support with internal projects and the further development of our internal tools and processes

As you gain experience, you can gradually take on more responsibility - for example in direct customer communication, project-related submissions or in overarching process improvement initiatives.

Tasks

• Your main tasks are the conception and installation of our self-developed software solutions DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker) in numerous customer projects, as well as active participation in the further development of our technical platform.

Profile / Knowledge

Education

• University degree in computer science, equivalent degree program (mathematics, physics) or several years of professional experience

Technical knowledge

• Very good knowledge of IT infrastructure (computers, storage, databases, etc.) and ability to install and configure them
• Solid expertise in Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems, as well as virtualization technologies
• Very good knowledge in the field of network technologies
• SQL, Rest, PKI, SAML, 42, X509, K8S etc. trigger your enthusiasm
  DB design and admin experience an advantage
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages is an advantage
