• Direct Sales Hunter for our products (CASB Centraya, DLP), solutions, and consulting services (40-60 %)
• Resell the products of our manufacturer partners (Symantec, Forcepoint, Trellix, Microsoft, Zscaler) and others
• Geographically, the target group is located in Switzerland (50 %), in nearby Europe (40 %), and overseas (10 %).
• The target group includes medium-sized companies (>500-2000 employees) from all industries.
• The services to be sold are primarily in the areas of information protection, privacy and compliance

Profile/knowledge

• Experience in consulting, solution and/or product sales
• Relevant education/further training and several years (> 5 years) of relevant professional experience
• Strong interest and/or already good knowledge of the information security industry
• Understanding of privacy, data protection and corresponding customer needs
• Structured and goal-oriented approach, a good eye for opportunities and networked chances without overselling
• Flair for numbers and offering the right offer at the right time
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English. French would be a big plus. Other language skills, e.g. Italian, would also be useful

What you can expect

In this versatile role, you will play a key role in managing our customer business in the area of public tenders (WTO, MiniTender, framework agreements) - from the analysis and evaluation of new submissions to the preparation and quality assurance of tender documents, the ongoing optimization of our processes and the support of new and existing customers. You will take responsibility for the entire life cycle of our submissions and bring structure, energy and creativity to the collaboration with clients, partners and internal teams.

Tasks

• Review and evaluation of public tenders (framework agreements / MiniTenders / RfI / RfP)
• Preparation and coordination of offer and submission documents
• Ensuring the quality, deadlines and formal correctness of all submissions
• Maintenance and further development of our offer and reference database (wiki, project profiles, mini-tender overview)
• Coordination of framework agreements including deadline monitoring, preparation and documentation
• Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of project references and customer stories for website and marketing
• Ongoing optimization of our quotation processes (templates, QA, automation, automation)
• Support with administrative activities in accounting and quotations (filing, reporting, updating overviews)
• Close cooperation with the consultants for the preparation of project references and other offer documents
  Preparation and dispatch of submissions (electronic and physical)
• Networking with partners, maintaining and expanding customer relationships
• Support with internal projects and the further development of our internal tools and processes

As you gain experience, you can gradually take on more responsibility - for example in direct customer communication, project-related submissions or in overarching process improvement initiatives.
