Equal pay analysis passed with flying colours

Now it’s in black and white: e3 is also top in terms of gender-independent wages! This is confirmed by the equal pay analysis of the Federal Office for Gender Equality FOGE. e3 finished with an overall score of 1.5, which testifies that there is no gender imbalance in earnings. The lower the score, the more balanced the wages between women and men are (1 can be considered an absolute equilibrium, whereas a score higher than 11 represents a very high risk of wage inequality).

Speaking of numbers, our proportion of women is 22% above the industry average (15%), and a 30% share of women in management positions does not occur every day in IT (the average here is around 20%).

The result of the audit makes us proud. We will remain committed to diversity, equal opportunities and equality at e3.
